This pilot is for adults using an AI assistant for practical personal and business tasks. It can make mistakes. Review important information and proposed actions.

What is stored

Conversation history is retained for 30 days. Long-term memory contains durable facts you explicitly ask to save and remains until removed. Temporary browser artifacts have a seven-day limit. Raw telephone recording is disabled. If you enable phone conversation memory, your spoken words are also saved as account memory until you remove them. You can disable this in Settings or remove saved notes in Memory.

Tasks and routines

Tasks you ask Shimi to track, their notes and their progress are available across your verified channels. Active tasks remain until you finish or cancel them. Completed and cancelled tasks are removed after ninety days. Account export includes this information, and account deletion removes it. A saved task does not grant new permission to send messages or change connected accounts.

You can pause tasks and set quiet hours for automatic updates. Recurring briefings can read and summarise information but cannot make external changes. Automatic message details are controlled in Settings. The operator console shows aggregate task and processing counts without displaying task contents.

Saved website logins

If you choose to save a website login, Shimi stores the username and password encrypted. Our sign-in service and browser provider process them to access the website for your requests. Saved passwords are not displayed again or included in chat. You can replace, pause or delete a login in Website logins. Account deletion removes these saved credentials. Saving a login does not authorise purchases or other account changes.

Your permissions

Connected accounts are private to you. Sending email, changing appointments and editing files require exact approval or a matching standing permission. You can revoke connections and permissions in Settings.

When you connect Google through Composio, Composio manages your Google authorization and processes Gmail, Calendar and Drive requests for Shimi. Google shows Composio on its consent screen. Shimi stores connection references rather than your Google tokens. You control the files Shimi may read, and can disconnect at any time.

Content boundaries

News, entertainment, blogs, Torah study and respectful questions about faith are allowed. Sexually explicit adult content and content promoting kefirah are restricted. Non-graphic health and relationship questions are allowed. Account privacy, security and action permissions still apply. The assistant does not claim rabbinic authority or provide binding rulings.

Deleting your data

Deletion immediately stops account access and new work. An erasure job removes personal data from active application stores. Provider retention and backup expiry must be verified before external pilot launch. Required billing records may be retained separately.

Usage and payments

The trial lasts fourteen days and requires no payment card. Paid service requires an explicit subscription. There are no automatic overage charges. Usage includes messages, calls, speech, models and browser work; estimates are reconciled against provider charges.
